Reverend Steve Engram – Senior Pastor

Steve is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and received his Master’s from Liberty Biblical Seminary. Steve married Tami Sonmor in December of 1989. Tami grew up in the Philippines as her family were missionaries there. Together they have three children: James who is also on staff at Desert Springs and is married to Lydia; Jeremy who attends the Moody Bible Institute West Campus in Spokane, Washington; and Kylee who is active in her High School career. Steve has been in full time ministry since 1981 and was ordained by Church of the Open Door in Ohio in 1985. Steve has served as Pastor at Desert Springs since 1995.

Tracey Bowman - Director of Children’s Ministries

Tracey oversees all Children’s Ministries including Nursery, Preschool, Elementary, Club 56 and Special Needs.

James Engram – College Pastor / Video Director

James leads The Blend College Group and oversees all Video Ministries.

Ric Engram – Pastor of Adult Ministries and Care

Ric oversees the Adult Ministries, Recovery Ministries, and Counseling Referrals. Ric also works in Worship Ministries.

Tami Engram – Director of Women’s Ministries

Tami oversees all Women’s Ministries.

Blaine Johnston – Junior High Director, I.T. Director

Blaine oversees our Junior High department and also all Tech Ministries and IT.

Robby Lashua – Youth Pastor

Robby oversees all Student Ministries including High School, Junior High and College.

Marc Riddle – Business Administrator, Director of Men’s Ministries

Marc oversees all Facilities, Finances, Human Resources and Men’s Ministries.

Debbie Santillan – Administrative Assistant to the Pastor

Debbie is Pastor Steve’s assistant, oversees the Church office, coordinates event and room scheduling, and much more.

Daniel Thomas – Worship Pastor

Dan oversees all Worship Ministries including worship services, choirs, bands and ensembles as well as all Drama Ministries such as Dinner Theater.

John Waltz – Evangelism

John oversees our Evangelism Ministries including Evangelism Explosion and Share Your Faith Workshops.
